Do you want to lead one of Sweden's most significant and socially important construction projects?
We are looking for driven and structured site managers, preferably with a background in KL-wood, concrete, or logistics, who want to play a key role in the construction of what will become Sweden's largest correctional facility.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a project with significant technical challenges, high complexity, and great societal benefit — where your leadership makes a difference every day.
About the KVA Trelleborg project
KVA Trelleborg is one of Sweden's largest correctional facilities, with a construction area of 110,000 square meters, built by NCC in collaboration with Specialfastigheter for the Swedish Prison and Probation Service. The project is carried out by a fully integrated organization between NCC and Specialfastigheter, collaborating fully! The preliminary construction start is in spring 2026, and the construction period is estimated to be 4 to 6 years. The role of site manager
As a site manager, you will have an independent and varied job with significant responsibility where you lead and distribute the ongoing work with subcontractors and skilled workers, focusing on work environment, quality, economy, and time. In collaboration with the site manager and other site managers, you will plan and lead your part of the production towards set goals. You will participate in the development of schedules, check your own activities, and perform work preparations together with other team members.
As a site manager, you are a driving force who inspires your team and creates efficiency by always leading by example. You are a natural role model and play an important role in building a strong culture and an attractive workplace.
Our construction sites should be characterized by order and structure, creating a safe and pleasant work environment. To feel at home with us, we hope that these values are just as obvious to you.
You will report to the stage manager for the main building. Several stages will be continuously initiated, which will mean sharing resources, ideas, and experiences.
Your profile as a site manager
You have a technical education in construction or have gained equivalent competence through experience. In addition, you have at least 5 years of experience as a site manager in production, preferably with KL-wood, concrete, or logistics experience. You are accustomed to handling various digital tools.
As a person, you like to take responsibility, are organized, and as a leader, you engage and motivate through participation to achieve set goals and deadlines.
You understand the importance of good collaboration with all involved; skilled workers, subcontractors, support functions, customers, other colleagues, and managers.
Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
A valid driver's license (B) is required.
